Terms of use
Service
Cargonic connects factories and cargo owners in Uzbekistan with licensed carriers. The factory cabinet is zavod.cargonic.uz. Drivers use the Cargonic mobile app. These terms apply to all of those products.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Factory and admin users may sign in with Google or with a phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break the law or these terms.
Loads and trips
A factory posts a load; carriers offer a price; the factory accepts one offer. Cargonic is a matching and tracking platform. Carriage itself is between the factory and the carrier. Documents (including ETTN) and cargo condition remain the parties’ responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal cargo, fake documents, or another person’s account. Do not interfere with the service or other users’ trips.
Privacy
How we handle personal data, including Google Sign-In, is described in the Privacy Policy.
